The United States, is the most industrialised and populated faction of the Civil War Era. They have had over a century to prepare for this movement. The Civil War was no surprise to the Union. It was becoming more and more inevitable, over the decades as tensions between North and South experienced growth. The United States holds several key advantages in the Civil War over the Confederacy. They had the advantage of a larger population. The Union was more populous but had a poorly trained military. A large and already established industrial power, and twice as many railroads as the south. Although, they don't stand unchallenged. The Confederacy is determined to break off from the Union, and use "King Cotton Diplomacy" to rally Great Britain and France to their aid!
